Great hotel with superb customer service and hospitality. The rooms are super clean and updated, with comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely space to relax for breakfast and coffee.

Ein ruhiges, sauberes und neues Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufrichtig, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, kann aber natürlich verbessert werden. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Zuerst die guten Seiten: Das Hotel wurde offensichtlich renoviert. Die Zimmer sind schick eingerichtet - die Betten bequem - das Internet sehr schnell. Das war es leider auch schon mit den positiven Dingen... Das Einchecken war eine Katastrophe: Es hieß, dass die Rezeption bis 20 Uhr besetzt ist. Um 17:45 Uhr war aber keiner mehr da. Ich stand vor einem verschlossenem Hotel. Anrufen ging nicht - es gab nur eine Whattsapp-Nummer. Über Google habe ich dann die Rufnummer herausgefunden und jemanden ans Telefon bekommen. Prompt kam auch ein Mitarbeiter an die Tür und öffnete mir. Der war aber nicht sehr gesprächig - alle Infos, die ich für meinen Aufenthalt benötigte, musste ich ihm aus der Nase ziehen. Im Zimmer angekommen stellte ich fest, dass man das Zimmer nicht verdunkeln konnte (keine Jalousien/Rolläden). Und dann schien auch über die ganze Nacht ein Scheinwerfer genau in mein Zimmer. Schlafen konnte ich glücklicherweise dennoch. Morgens war ich dann um 7 Uhr im Frühstücksraum. Aber erst dann begann die Servicekraft, das Frühstücksbuffet aufzubauen. Andere Gäste warteten auch schon ungeduldig. Nach 10 Minuten habe ich es dann aufgegeben und stopfte mir notgedrungen meine beiden pappigen aufgebackenen Aldi-Brötchen mit billigem Aufschnitt rein. Tee gab es leider nur auf dem Zimmer aber nicht beim Frühstück... usw. Ich habe in diesem Jahr ca. 70 Mal im Hotel geschlafen - dieses Hotel ist leider das schlechteste, was ich erlebt habe. Zimmer OK - Service mangelhaft. Nie wieder

Das Hotel ist komplett renoviert. Der Manager gibt sich große Mühe und legt Wert auf Gastfreundschaft. Sein Credo: Fühle Dich wie zuhause. Das Bad in praktisch und neu. Das Zimmer ruhig, das Bett auf den ersten Eindruck weich, aber obwohl ich es härter mag, habe ich gut geschlafen. Gerne will

В общем мы остались довольны, чисто, не большие но свежие номера, удобная кровать, белоснежная постель. Диваны, кресла за завтраком чистые, обстановка приятная. Большая парковка, удобно. Непонятно нам было при заселении и во время завтрака. Мы приехали не очень поздно, дверь была закрата, персонал нас видел но не открыл, ждали пока мы сделаем регистрацию в автомате на улице, было холодно, искать емаил с инструкцией по регистрации не позволил медленный интернет, поэтому мы дождались пока нам откроют и заселят было странно. За завтраком тоже надо было понять... всё было практически пусто, оказывается нужно было сообщить персоналу что бы мы хотели и они приносили к столу, в общем то не плохо но об этом лучше сообщать заранее и написать меню из чего можно выбрать. За исключением этих непонятных моментов, все хорошо, если прийдется ещё ночевать в vechta, выберем ваш отель. Спасибо
