The room is horrible. it smelled like stale smoke. And the TV was garbage. I am disgusted with the amount I paid for the horrible room I had I will never return or recommended to anyone

For one night the stay was really great. Getting around to major areas of Richmond was easy and close by. Staff were very nice and check in and check out was very timely. Would stay again.
