Not so great stay
This hotel is extremely dated. The rooms are small and average for amenities. The staff is helpful, but there are so many complaints when you are trying to talk with them that it is very distracting. They had only one elevator working so it took a long time to get up to your room. If you do not book directly you will have. Nodes that they will charge you for your pet, parking and an additional deposit. I can only say that I am glad I was not trying to relax in this hotel because I just used it as a sleep, shower and get out. Buyer beware!

Bed was hard as a rock, toilet seat was barely attached, towel and soap bar were on the floor in the bathroom when we got to our room, cable tv kept cutting out to grey static screen. Overall, not a very pleasent stay. With that said, the staff were friendly as ever so thats a plus. However, for the $255 we paid for one night, it wasnt even on par.

We booked with Expedia, we didn’t know there was a $10 parking fee per day. Hotel is extremely dirty, carpet is grossed and dark like dirt. Elevators lights broken. Front desk is short of staff most of the time, no bell boy at the property. It is very bad run, need new management.

Unfortunately we said yes to a smoking room ( didn’t even realize they still existed) because that’s all that was available and it smelled disgusting. The bed was hard and smelled bad. My wife wouldn’t even shower there even before a day of travel. We had stayed there before and had one of the best hotel stays we could have ever asked for but this time was completely different. And at $300 a night!! C’mon, do better . Yes it’s a smoking room but at least do something to mask the smell. Even air fresheners or a fogger are not that expensive.

Just OK
The rooms were not bad, dated and a lack of outlets. No toilet paper holder so the roll sat on the bathroom counter, so you have to be careful of no water on the counter. The ice machine (1) for a 100 plus room hotel was out of service. The cable TV was going in and out all night Out of all the hotels I have stayed at this year, convince of location is good for the airport, but next time I’ll stay elsewhere
