The Sutton hotel was a great place to stay over the weekend. We were upgraded to a suite which was excellent. The service was top notch and the staff were great to deal with, especially the doorman!

Very clean and great customer service. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The one negative is the parking fee 55.00 per night!!! Parking should be free for hotel guests. I don’t think i would stay again because of that.

I had booked a room for a night planning to arrive early the following morning with my family to get to sleep after our overnight flight. I phoned ahead and let them know we wouldn’t be there until the following morning so that they wouldn’t give our room away. When we arrived, surprise, they had given our room away and offered us an “upgrade” to an old apartment in the other building. I let them know this was not satisfactory so after waiting 6 hours for our desired room to be vacated and cleaned we were accommodated. The staff were friendly and understanding but the experience left me sour. Other than that it’s a very nice hotel.
