Burrard
Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, nice courtyard in the middle of the building. Almost has a small hostel like feel but with private rooms and hotel amenities. A little dated and floors creaked, but that's what you can expect from older buildings.

The bathroom had no storage. Also, there were cleaning carts blocking us when going to our room, and it was difficult to get our luggage around. Good otherwise. thanks.

This hotel is conveniently located. The room was adequate, but cramped. The bathroom sink was similar in size to that of an airplane bathroom. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the room amenities. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order, our room was on the 4th floor, and one of us had trouble with the stairs. The staff did take our bags up and out for us.

No elevator working at all
There was no elevator and would have been nice to know this before arrival. Had to get up 4 floors. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and floor was sticky in places. The price should have been discounted for this major inconvenience.

Lots of great restaurants in the area, super easy to get around. Easy walking distance to nearly anything. Rooms are a bit more dated than what I was expecting based on the pictures when I booked, but it was clean, quiet and thankfully they have A/C units in the rooms which helped keep things more comfortable. Some new sheets would be beneficial as the top sheet on our bed was so thin you could see through it and it had old stains/marks on it. But all the staff were incredibly kind, helpful and a great part of our stay.

We loved our stay here. The staff were so kind, and friendly. The hotel, and rooms were incredibly clean. The bed was super comfortable, many pillow options in the room. On other reviews there were comments about the noise, this was not an issue for us at all. This is an excellent establishment!!! Will stay again for sure 😃

Good location, not far from rail station. Walkable to most areas of interest. Have bikes for use by guests, free of charge. Clean and tidy rooms, comfortable beds. No food provision but plenty of options nearby or shortish walk away.
