Great location but parking can be difficult. Found the reception desk in the restaurant loud and too small to handle the crowds. The scent was also overwhelming. Not being able to move the iPad meant it wasn't accessible and neither was the door from the parking garage to the elevator. I found the staff at the front desk not very friendly or helpful the two times I asked for assistance.

I requested a room with Vancouver’s bay and hotel provided the exact opposite of my request, I made a call to the property two days before my trip and asked if I could check in by 12:30 pm , my checking time was 3:40 pm , even though I gave my phone number so the hotel can call me, they never called to note that my room is ready, so I walked around the property and killed 3 hours before I could get into my room

The main reason I chose this hotel is because of their contactless check-in/out system, which is extremely convenient for me. I’ve stayed here nearly 10 times or more, but today, for some inexplicable reason, they refused to allow me to use the contactless check-in/out system. Even though I repeatedly explained that the documents, photos, and payment method I provided are exactly the same as my previous stays, and they could easily verify my records in the system, what frustrates me the most is that they refused to provide the service without any reasonable explanation.

The property was beautiful and well-maintained; however, it lacked any views, which is unexpected for a waterfront hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Additionally, the elevators opened into the lobby on the ground floor, but the entrance felt more like it opened into a kitchen rather than a welcoming entryway.

Really nice hotel in North Vancouver. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Location was within walking distance of several eateries right on the water. Unfortunately, no gym in-house ( they provide passes for an independent gym), and no snack/coffee amenities. Parking garage underneath the hotel is public and occasionally we had a problem finding a parking spot in the evening. Overall, I liked the hotel and would use it again.
