We had a lovely time at seaside. Guest services were fantastic! Beds were comfortable- soaker tub and shower wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the vibe in the surrounding areas- will hopefully be back.

Everything was perfect! After arriving in Airport I realized I left my laptop in my hotel room. The housekeeper found and the hotel kept for me until my friend got it for me. All the people in the hotel were so friendly and ready to help with their smiles.

Our plan was delayed and they were very helpful in assisting us at such a late time in the night. The breakfast was awesome and check out was at noon so we could relax and enjoy the morning activities.

We arrived got our room key after needing to confirm who we were. We went up to our room unlocked the door and went in to find someone was already staying in that room. Went back down got our proper key. They apologized. Later called my cell because we were out and made a big deal about how bad they felt and to please accept a complimentatry gift to make up for the mix up. They said they said they'd leave the gift in the room. When we went back to the room there was a box of 6 chocolates. The hotel was clean but did not feel like an executive boutique hotel. The room was quaint and you can hear the rooms above clearly when in the bathroom. We could hear music clearly in our bathroom from the above room. We couldn't hear anything in the mainroom. The location is amazing. I wouldn't stay at this property for the nightly amount we paid again. The cost and value just weren't there for us. The decor felt like a mix of left overs from other build. The bathroom was a mix various colored accents- Brushed gold, bight silver, matt black with a random rope in the morrow to tie in the theme of the hotel.
