Positives: Outstand restaurant. Staff was pleasant and responsive. Negatives: Rooms were dated and needed total remodel. Mold and torn up headboards. Room cleaned but not really. Dusty. I'm an airline crewmember and to me this was a typical crew hotel that just turns the rooms. Rooms need a lot of TLC. Would not stay here unless I had to.

Check in was awful. Staff sent us to the wrong hotel twice.(another Sandman hotel on the same property.) No assistance available with bags. Inadequate poorly trained and obviously unconcerned front desk staff.

Room was clean and comfortable, was dated and a bit worn. Hallways showed several signs of wear, no green bins anywhere. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Only had one washcloth to bathe with and when we called the front desk several times nobody answered. The room has a random cabinet that holds the microwave and refrigerator, which takes up half the entryway making it difficult to get to your bed. We wanted bottled water but their vending machine was empty. The room also had a slight smell of cigarette smoke.

I was told I was upgraded. I was sent to another building with four queen size beds. Travelling solo. This room had no AC, the power went out during the night, and it was very noisy. Somebody had laid their laundry outside my door to dry During the night. I was told there were no other rooms available, and the service guy was not on duty. I was told I would have to speak to a manager for a refund, credit or points. Nothing was done to accommodate me on this trip. I would not recommend.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed, pillows, and comforter were especially comfortable! We got some amazing and much-needed rest because of this. The pool area is interesting. There is a neat single tube slide into the indoor pool that is full-sized. The hot tub was spacious, but put out like-warm water. There is an outdoor pool we did not try to use that looked like fun in the summer if it gets hot enough.

After ckecking in, we discouver there is a gym beneath us and we would hear the sound of weights dropping over the sound of the A/C on high. We stopped at the desk on the way back from dinner, and was assured by Ahmed, the noise would be gone in 2 hours, (that was at about 6:00pm,) and he complimented my wife how great her glasses looked ( Upon chsckjng in he had complimented her on her hair) the last weight we heard drop was at 10:14 pm, only to have the noise start again at 5:15am!!. When I got on the shower I discovered it sprayed up on the ceiling and on the shiwer curtain, as it isn't screwed on enough. I had to wrap a facecloth around the pipe tp prevent the spraying. Room 264, in the old part of the place, as you could tell by the shade and condition of the carpet, and the appearane of the elevator, when inside it. Over all rating ....... totally unacceptabke. Never again for Sandman Inn, or Hotels.com!
