After staying here a number of years, we have decided not to return…terrible noise through the night gave an awful night’s sleep before a long flight out of YVR. Informed the desk clerk and he joked about a hockey team over our room, not compassionate at all. Goodbye Sandman…

Wonderful hotel comfy beds, close to airport. Onsite steakhouse was such a wonderful experience the assistant manager an manager of Chop Steakhouse greeted us at our table since it was our first time there highly recommend going! Great service all around

We had our dog with us and in our past experience with pet friendly rooms we have been disappointed as a majority of the rooms were run down and had a odour. At the sandman signature we were pleasantly surprised, the room had a fresh clean smell and was very clean
