There are very dated parts to this hotel, with very thin walls. Thats where i got to stay. The neighbor ate something bad or something so that was great to listen to. Shuttle service and staff was great.

The room was very dirty. There was hair on the bathroom counter, a McDonalds cup that had leaked all over the inside of the fridge, splatters on the head board. Outside my patio door there were empty liquor bottles on the ground and cigarette butts. I also saw a mouse run down the hallway. The provincial wing is very old and unkept, with unsanitary rooms. When my room was "refreshed" they did not replenish my cream or sugar, and simply left extra tea instead. Very poor attention to detail.

Hotel is very nice, rooms are large, and beds are very comfortable. Very well priced and staff is always fre3indl and helpful. Area around hotels is not great if you are looking for someplace to go for a walk.

Only stayed one night, got in late after a flight and left early in am for a ferry. The shuttle is super convenient, hotel was clean although there were mattresses and chairs in the hallway as renovations are underway. It was slightly off putting to see this and difficult to pass in the hallway when you are dragging luggage. Perhaps storing these items out of sight in an unoccupied room would be less unsightly.
