The rooms doors don’t close behind u talked to many guests n same thing come back n doors are not shut.. the elevators are horrible n so small n slow our room…. I am a housekeeper so I pull sheets back n found hair tv selection is horrible

Check in took 40 mins. Elevators always too forever. Restaurants at the hotel also took forever, we waited 2 hrs for the food we ordered, and we only got it after constantly going down to the restaurant and asking when it would be ready. Parking lot was also a mess.

Check in process was very slow…three staff checking you in and the line was very long and moved very slow. One of our rooms wasn’t ready and so we had to go back an hour later and wait in the same long line again. Their check in process needs to be changed and streamlined to allow faster checkins for guests. Other than that the hotel rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful and our overall visit was great. Would def stay here again

Check in was awful, was a busy night with not enough staff. Hotel parking was full so we had to park up the street. Rooms were okay, nothing special. Location was convenient but will probably not stay here again
