Overall a ok stay. the parking garage is very tight, even with a short box pickup I was unable to turn through any of the corners without having to backup and reposition. It was also very noisy during the evening and night. Young adults slamming doors, yelling at each other, abusive language at 4 am. Could gave used some security on the 5th floor.

Amazing location! Went for the hockey game and have stayed here many times! Quiet, clean and friendly service! Will definitely stay again and will always recommend!

The bed was lumpy. The check in person put us on a floor that was filled with fraternity kids and it was super noisy. Obviously she knew where she put us and could have put us on a quieter floor

We enjoyed our stay here! The staff are wonderful and very friendly, made checking in and out a breeze! The noticeable thing that brought down the quality of our stay was the quality of the renovations around the hotel. In our room we found several areas where simple and low quality cover ups were made in an attempt to give the room a facelift. We found the shower floor was unstable, cutouts in the wall for lights and switches were sloppy, and baseboards were coming off the wall. As well, the parkade was under construction and made for a tricky time getting around. Overall, nothing that took away from a great stay in Vancouver!
