We went to the Canuck’s hockey game at Rogers and this hotel was just a 6 minute walk there. So convenient. There is also the Shark club lounge downstairs.

It is close to the cruise ships. Place was clean but needs some bathroom grout TLC. Nice to have a window that opens to get fresh air. Heater/AC very quiet.

The elevators were ridiculous slow and busy. The bathroom in our room was so small you had to squeeze past the door to get to the shower or toilet.

Great location for where I needed to be for work, But that was the only positive thing I can say. This hotel is super rundown and is not as advertised for what you are charged. They are doing some renovations but again maybe another reason not to stay there. Seems they way over book and don’t really care about offering a quality place to stay for business travellers. - noisy, complaints not addressed. - rundown, grubby, rips in carpet, random broken pieces throughout. - parking not secured as needed. - Poor service and cleanliness.

Close to BC place stadium with in walking distance. Moxies restaurant is part of the hotel and they have great food. The only complaint’s are the parking garage is horrible and the elevator always has a long wait.

First trip to vancouver! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was very clean, rooms were a good size. I like that you only put out the door hanger if you require service in your room. Was walkable to alot of sights, science world, false creek ferries was awesome to see a lot of sights, rogers arena, bc luins, gas town etc etc!
