Need to seriously clean your rooms; washroom - clogged bathtub, dirty brownish towel, weird smelling shampoo, heat vent not working. I had good impression of Sandman till now but will not consider this location in future - Sandman Vancouver hotel.

Comfortable room with kind sized bed.

The shuttle to and from the airport was on time and approximately 10 minute drive from the airport. The hotel was located in walking distance from some stores ( Michael’s, dollar store, Tim Hortons and an excellent Asian grocery store). There was even a Costco nearby. Check in / check out was quick. Both staff were excellent and were able to answer our questions about the hotel and nearby area. We had drinks and appetizers at Moxies. Our king sized bed was comfortable. We had a good night sleep. We definitely recommend this hotel. We would stay again at Sandman Vancouver (airport ) on future trips when we need to over night in Vancouver.
