Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was huge and very clean, we also had a lovely view of the city. Found it very easy to get around using the hotel as our base. Only feedback is we never got fold about pool/breakfast etc at check in!

The suites are large and inviting. There is a kitchenette and a separate seating area. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. The concierge was extremely helpful. The restaurant downstairs, Original Joe's had very good food. I loved the west coast salad with chili lime shrimp. We had a great stay.

This hotel is in terrible need of upgrades. The carpet is so old you need to bring indoor shoes. The hotel lobby bathroom the doors wouldn't close, one toilet overflowing, and a street person was in the third stall. Not exactly what you expect for the cost of the hotel.

Great property
All very nice except we had 2 double beds and one was comfy but the other was really soft. Obviously very different mattresses. Other than that the property was excellent. We would stay there again but check the mattresses on arrival to our room.

Rosedale On Robson -Yes
We've had a wonderful stay at the Rosedale. The location is ideal and the hotel is very well run. Staff were all top grade and the room was nice. Everything in the hotel was very clean and they have an extensive recycle program that we were impressed with.
