There is some smoky smell in the room. No one do any cleaning work in the room during the stay I do not know if it is the policy.

Nice place to stay over a few days for one or two adults. It is downtown east side but the immediate area is pretty safe and it’s easy to get around. It’s close to the area and dome. Being downtown there are the occasion sirens and garbage trucks banging around overnight that you will hear. This has more to do with the thin and less than acoustically insulated walls and windows of BC construction than anything else. Staff were pleasant and informative. Unit came with microwave, toaster, two burner glass cooktop and mini fridge.

Two bedroom suite
The suite we stayed in was perfect for four. We had four key cards and around midnight of check in day two of the four cards stopped working. Front desk was amazing and reset them for us. Once we got back up to our floor, the other two cards stopped working and the new cards were the only ones that worked. Went to make coffee in the maker provided and found the grounds and filter from the pervious guests still in the filter basket of the machine. That was a bit gribbly. All in all, walkability is a 100/100 for me. So many restaurants nearby and both arenas are super closeby. I would stay again however, I do recommend that they do something about the key card situation as I witnessed an elderly couple having the same issues as we did when we were checking out.
