Not a resort. Nearly no food options at all. Limited dining room for breakfast with only 6-8 options. Ate my breakfast and lunch at Starbucks. Had dinner at the Story Cafe within 10 minute walk from hotel. Much better option. Pluses are that it is close to Costco, clean and bed was very very comfortable

The property is old and the room furniture are all chipped. There is no bathroom and chairs in the lobby. Also the sofa bed is really soft and I couldn't sleep all night because the bedding makes me itchy. I don't think it is bed bugs though.

This is our first choice of hotels whenever we visit Richmond. Rooms are so comfortable and clean. We enjoy the room amenities, although I wish they would bring back the little containers of real half and half for coffee. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. We appreciate the convenient proximity to the Bridgeport SkyTrain station. Outstanding pool/hot tub area. Rooms are amazingly quiet considering there are planes overhead.

The phones in the room did not work. We asked for them to be fixed numerous times and nothing. I ordered a glass of wine at the buffet that was $12 a glass the waitress brought me a different wine than I ordered an said the bartender says it’s a good on when I opened the bill to leave I saw the wine was $21 dollars a glass not what I asked for and nothing special

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my partner and I had during our stay on the night of August 31st, Iwhich was meant to be a special occasion as it was our wedding night. We booked a suite, expecting a comfortable and memorable stay, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues with the room. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and worse, the linens, including the flat sheet, fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases, had a strong, unpleasant odor—resembling either human sweat or a musty smell. It was unbearable. We contacted room service to request fresh linens, but it took approximately 30 minutes for someone to come. When the attendant finally arrived, it was clear he did not understand our request. We had to explain and point out what we needed, but even then, he only returned with a woollen blanket. After more explanation, he finally brought us a fitted sheet, but by this time, it was already 2 a.m. We were exhausted, so we had no choice but to change the fitted sheet ourselves and remove the stinky duvet and flat sheet. We ended up using the woollen blanket for the rest of the night. This experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a special and intimate night for us. We did not expect this level of service, especially on such an important occasion. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of both your room conditions and staff training to ensure other guests don’t face the same disappointment.

Beautiful hotel and lovely room but overall a little dusty. Kicked up my allergies a bit. When I fluffed the pillow in the bed, a puff of dust came out. Overall, I would stay again and would recommend.
