Have stayed here before and was ok. This time i had a room where the carpets were so dirty i honestly thought they shouldnt be renting this. Rest of room clean but stains and dark spots everywhere. Doing renos apparently and hallway covered in plastic. Really though....would have not stayed if it wasnt so late when i got there.

Our room was dirty when we arrived. We had to ask for new sheets, there was dirty tissues stuffed back into the Kleenex box, spiders & spider webs, and the carpet was splattered with something that didn't get cleaned. We spoke to the staff about it and they said, "sorry, we will let house cleaning know". I was disappointed, I thought they would ask someone to do a touch up clean right away, or offer a discount or something, but we got nothing. It was disappointing and not great customer service =(

The carpet was badly stained, first thing you notice walking in room. The iron board cover was filthy. Drain in shower did not drain properly so you stood in water taking a shower. Bed skirt out dated and damaged. The carpet being the worst.

This property is terribly unclean. Stains on floors, sheets, walls. Hair all over bathroom.dirty sock left in our bed and used qtips on floor. Coackroaches and mouse droppings. The front desk was unhelpful. Told that it was in this state because it is under renos. Horrible. Pictures are BERY MISLEADING.
