My child and I stayed here when we went to Vancouver for the Eras Tour. We were pleased to get a room with points but boy what a disappointment. The hotel staff was ok - not great but ok. Then we got to the room and it was so disheartening. The chair was stained, torn and overall gross. Luckily we had Lysol wipes with us and wiped down hard surfaces. The counter and tub were all dirty. We got ready and went to the concert and when we got back at 2am - we stopped by the front desk and asked for additional towels. We put one in the tub to stand on and wrapped the pillows in towels. The pillows were so gross. It was so sad because we were EXHAUSTED but could not relax and get the sleep we so desperately needed. I was glad to have found a room but this is my 2nd bad experience with a Ramada - never again. Sad that I used my points on this room.
