We have just left this property and as I said to the front desk manager- Never Again We checked in last night around 1:30 am. My husband who is 80 and I struggled to keep the front door open with our bags to even get into the hotel while the front desk employee watched. At check in she tells us we have to use 2 elevators to get to the 12th floor. No offer to help with bags. The second elevator is what you would see in Europe. Only 2 people and and old mechanism that sounds like it is going to give out. On going for breakfast and realizing 1 elevator at checkout my husband had to go up to our room to help the porter with our bags. REALLY

Walkable to all the great Asian restaurants, milk tea stores and shopping. My main complaint was the crumbled bedding (both the duvet and the sheet) and the room was dusty, all the guests felt congested after the night. The front desk was nice enough to offer switching the room. Staff explained that they were in the process of replacing the duvet/sheet.
