Great location. Sky train is a 2 minute walk but hotel is very quiet and sound proof. Friendly professional staff. Room was large and clean. Bed was very comfy. Excellent stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked the location, very closed to the SkyTrain, made it easy to get around. Transportation to and from the airport was great. The room and hallways could have used a vacuuming. All in all a good stay.

The location is good and is close to the airport. The flushing of the toilet needs to be upgraded. It would be helpful if they could provide a lamp for the desk.

We arrived at property several hours before our appointed check in time after debarking from a cruise at the Port of Vancouver. We were warmly greeted by a member of the front desk staff who had us complete our registration and took our mobile number so we could be contacted when our room was ready. We had lunch in the on-site restaurant and took a short walk around the block. About half way through our walk we received a text that our room was ready. We returned to the hotel and settled in to our room on the 7th floor. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable and quiet. No complaints what so ever. The free shuttle to the airport was a nice bonus. Thanks.

I usually stay at the Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport. Convenient, close to YVR with shuttle service, Skytrain access and restaurants. Staff always friendly, restaurant good for breakfast and rooms updated. But I find the hallways dark and not as tidy as the rooms.
