ALL the hotel staff was amazing ESPECIALLY the restaurant and bar staff. They made it a memorable trip and were such a great group of people. We went at one of the busiest times with Taylor Swift being in town and they didn't skip a beat with how busy everything was (kudos to you all). The hotel was central to everything we wanted to do and everything was within walking distance. Beautiful views of the harbour and city with nice clean rooms. We can't wait to go back soon and enjoy the Pinnacle Hotel and all the staff (life long friends). I highly recommend this hotel.

Great visit…but
Greeted by a friendly bellman and directed to front desk. Room was ready (we were early). Once in room the bellman arrived less than 10 minutes to deliver our luggage. We received a discounted coupon for lunch (but didn’t use) While I was using credit from Hotel.com, there was some perks I was not aware of. A letter was delivered in the middle of the night. This offered discounts on the restaurant (which we were unable to use),but did have a coupon for breakfast buffet. This was delicious!!! Tried to get bell service for check-out but there was no direct call button on the phone and no one answered the guest services phone when I called.Upon check out I was advised that I had no balance and was checked out without receiving an invoice. Got home and found two charges on my account. Tried to call the hotel and phone call was ridiculous….several phone calls ringing and ringing, one was picked up and then cut off the call. I will say when the phone call (on phone for 14 minutes of ringing) was finally answered my question was resolved in minutes with a very pleasant gentlemen!

Loved our stay, in a great location, the staff went above and beyond. Our only small complaint was housekeeping coming into our room in the AM despite having the do not disturb sign on our door.

Highly Recommend!
We had a great experience staying at The Pinnacle Hotel for our Eras Tour weekend! The hotel room was great. Beds were not that comfy but the view absolutely made up for it! I really loved the location it was great and within walking distance to so many places to eat, shop, or visit! It was about a mile walk to BC Place and so easy to get there and back! Highly recommend! P.s. our “Vancouver” bracelets made my day!

I really enjoyed the hotel room and the view of the harbour was amazing to wake up to in the morning. The breakfast was good and filling, lots of options. It was in a good location of all amenities and walkable to Stanley park. Would love to stay here again the next time I am in Vancouver!

We paid extra for a harbor view and it was worth it! Staff was very friendly. Room a tiny bit dated, but our king bed room felt roomy and nice and was clean. Really appreciated the thoughtful friendship bracelets and photo setup (we were there for a Taylor Swift concert!). Also appreciated the tip that parking was cheaper if we paid the public parking price (vs. hotel parking), though that meant no in/out privileges. Luckily so many things are within walking distance, no car needed while in town!
