It is always a pleasure staying here that’s why I always booked our hotel here with my VIP status with Expedia I love the perks with very good discount and staying to first class hotel. Check in was at 3pm and I notified them the day before that we’d be arriving then. Our suite wasn’t ready until 4:15 and our luggage didn’t arrive until 4:30. We were supposed to have a bottle of wine in our suite, but that never arrived. Hotel management was dismissive and unhelpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, a solid 10/10. Check In: Smooth process, efficient and professional. Rooms: Impressive customizable climate and room control. There was a center digital unit by the door that controlled the temperature, lights, shades, blinds, do not disturb and more. Bathroom had heated floors. 2 washroom sinks and beautiful large shower. Bed was clean. Coffee machine (nespresso), fridge, water and carbonated water as well as wine glasses, and coffee mugs as well as pay snack bar available. Service: 10/10, they even came to adjust the throw pillows and added a candy to the pillow when I went out during the day. Amenities: Gym, pool and hot tub available. Didn’t use the spa but sounded nice from other guest experiences. Breakfast is available for a fee delivered to your room. I never tried this but it’s nice they at least there’s an option for this. Overall: 10/10 experience and a classy hotel, completely satisfied, thanks for the stay

The Paradox Hotel really needs to place better quality pillows on their beds. The pillows offer little support and are not conducive to a restful nights sleep. The beds are quality and the sheets are quality but the pillows are a deal breaker going forward.
