We enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The room was very clean. We could hear a lot of noise at night, alarm going off and doors from rooms not too far closing all the time. The hot tub was working on and off, not making bubbles as it should. We used the sauna and it was great. The location is very convenient if you wish to be by the waterfront.

Parking options are very expensive and unclear. We chose to park in the public parking garage unaware that we’d be able to come and go. Also, the pillows were very poor, flat and uncomfortable.

All great except the $80 on Parking via Indigo. There should be a better rate for guests or rebate for parking here that is not manipulative to the guests so they don’t have to set an alarm for 6AM just to add hours via the clunky app GUI in the bed

I pretty much liked everything about this property minus one thing and its the most important attribute, the beds. The beds were so soft my back was killing my after my first night. We stayed for only 2 night and I couldn't stay for any longer. I'm not sure if they have a firmer bed mattress available. Rooms and bathrooms could also use a bit of a refresher, everything is a bit out of date.
