The hotel was older, but they have made quite a few upgrades. Linens were beautiful, beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. My only real issues were that the free breakfast didn't start until 7 am, so anyone looking to get on the road earlier is out of luck for that, and there were very limited gluten-free options (only oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit) available. Overall, for the price, and it's fairly close location to downtown Vancouver, it was decent and affordable.

The hotel was easy to access from Marine Drive. The room was cozy, spacious and warm. The front desk women were very helpful. Breakfast was varied, delicious and fresh with a hard working woman monitoring everything perfectly.
