Very dated and old. Bed was not comfortable and sheets feel like paper towel. Parkade stairwell associated with the hotel was not kept clean (strong smell of urine and feces) and the directions to get gated parking were difficult. Had a shower after my friend and had no hot water. Despite the front desk being very nice and helpful this hotel is NOT worth what I paid for it and needs a renovation asap.

We stayed in the king suite which had a comfortable bed and was spacious. It would have been nice to have a better table for having a bite to eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location right downtown

This is our go to, especially for events nearby. It’s so walkable. Lots of shopping and eating nearby. Hotel is quiet. Parking is easy and located a quick hop across the street. Rooms are dated but clean and quiet. Staff always super nice.

Good location matters
The room is cleaned everyday, with new towels. There is a safe that isn't working. The mini fridge is ok, able to keep drink cool. The mattress is very hard. It's not very comfortable. The floor makes noises when we walk. Noises coming from people who stayed above us. We stayed on 3rd. Hotel has 4 floors.
