Hotel was conveniently located in the Lonsdale Quay Market. Room was a bit dated but it was clean. The windows looked onto the walking path which wasn’t ideal but was ok considering how close it was to restaurants and shops.

Great location - Right at SeaBus
This is a good hotel in Vancouver in what I think I would call the ideal location. It is right on the water where the Sea Bus is. For about 11CAD you can get a day pass for the entire Vancouver transit system including this short 15 minute ferry ride to the transit hub of the city including the line going directly into YVR airport, Like ALL hotels in Vancouver it is overpriced, but not more so than all the alternatives.

Families please stay away from this hotel. This is not a hotel ! It’s the 3rd and 4th floor of a shopping center. The entrance is scary, the rooms are very old and dirty ! The staff are not friendly and helpful at all. We booked this place for two nights and the moment we walked in we noticed this is not a place we can stay at all! You smell chicken all the time and I did not want to sit even on the chair ! We had to stay the first night since we didn’t have a car and it was already late but me and my 6 year old couldn’t sleep at all. Next morning we asked them to refund us at least partially so we can move somewhere else but the manager was not helpful and regardless of his promise that he will call us with good news he never put the effort to do so. Even they iron was so old and dirty that it ruined my dress that I was gone wear for the first time ….. we left the hotel and booked another place for the second night without getting a refund. I do not want any other families to go through what we went through. It might be ok for people who don’t mind staying at an old not clean place for business for a night but definitely not families. We are a family who travels a lot and this has been our worst experience!!!! It was my first time asking to cancel the booking which they didn’t. The cleaning crew are not friendly at all either . They don’t even say hi and the lady dropped all the clean bedsheets ( which to me nothing is clean at this hotel ) because they don’t even have pr

The location is excellent, parking is a real issue as limited parking is available. The toom was updated however the showers and bathroom were very old and disgusting looking. The hallways also shows the age of the hotel. No option for late checkout and manager just walked to our room when we complained about the bathroom/ shower condition. This is not a 4* hotel. AC unit was also very loud.

the bed was very uncomfortable, room felt dated and unclean way too expensive for what it was Was told I would definitely be able to check in at 2 and had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. this made us late to the event we needed the hotel for in the first place. such a waste of money

We really like the area. The only problem we had was loud construction one morning that started at 7am in the hotel. We also didn’t like the attached restaurant food. Are overall stay was great and the view was awesome and easy to get around from the hotel on transit if you didn’t want to drive.

Very average, the hotel us located on top levels of a market!! The lobby, entrance and rooms location is super weird. The parking spot will cost you another CAD$30 per day!!! The laundry service is quite expensive compare to others. The area has good vibe and views but you might want to consider other hotels in the area.
