The rooms were nice and comfortable. However there was mould in the shower tray and wash basin. The cleaning was below par and I guess housekeeping supervisor needs to monitoring the work of their staff. Everything else was excellent!

Perfect accommodations for our last minute trip.
Friday morning we made a very spontaneous decision to go to N2 of the Eras Tour - IF we could find a hotel. Having never been to Vancouver before, I searched for hotels near the airport and this hotel came up with “2 rooms left” for the night for a “reasonable” price, considering the mark ups in hotels due to the concerts. We drove up from Seattle the next morning and arrived around 11 - much sooner than we anticipated. Check-in was 3pm but for a $20 fee, we were able to get an early check-in. The hotel itself was clean but definitely outdated. Definitely no thrills but it does have a pool, continental breakfast, and free parking. It looks like they are getting ready to replace flooring. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. The Sky Tram station was about a 15 minute walk and easy to get to. We felt safe walking back to the hotel at 1am. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind!
