Beautiful hotel, great rooms, loved the loft bedroom in the suite. Great location and easy parking. Gym was basic, but nice and sauna/pool was great. Having a safe in the suite was a plus as well.

Double Queen was spacious. Beds were a little soft but still comfortable. We arrived into Vancouver early in the morning after a 14 hour flight. Thankfully it wasn’t long before we could check in to our room (10:30am) and have a short rest. Duvet had a blood stain but had that changed. Water/ice station was close by. They had a supply of apples opposite reception each day. Rooms were a little noisy so could hear cleaners, people opening/closing doors and next door room. Didn’t try the sauna, gym or pool. Location was handy to catch the train or walk around downtown and to waterfront. Downtown is pretty quiet compared to suburban shopping malls.

This is a small but friendly hotel. It’s away from the main tourist areas so a little quieter and within easy walking distance to false creek and the water buses, the BC arena and Roger’s stadium and on the route of the hop on hop off bus. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a terrace but didn’t make use of it due to the weather. Breakfast was good value and tasty. The hotel doesn’t provide evening meals but there are plenty of local bars and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff were professional, and the room was lovely. There were a few minor issues, like slightly dirty sheets, some noise from a crying child, and the iron's plug was bent and needed to be replaced. However, these things were within an acceptable range. The location was also great, with many restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. It was also within walking distance of a station on the Canada Line, which made getting around very easy. Overall, despite the small issues, I had a good experience and would recommend it for its convenience and friendly service.
