The hotel room was clean & tidy. The staff were very polite & friendly when we checked in and checked out. The continental breakfast had a good variety of options. Our room had a fairly strong fragrance when we entered, which can cause headaches for me sometimes, so we needed to open the window for a little while to air out the room. With so many people having allergies & other problems with fragrances, it would be helpful to avoid fragrant cleaning products or air sprays when rooms are cleaned. My only complaint would be that the hot tub & pool water both did not appear to be very clean, which did impact our desire to spend time using those facilities.

This was the single best weekend of my lifetime. We were in town to see Taylor Swift N3 Vancouver. Staying at this Holiday Inn only added to the ease and magic of this weekend. I am SO glad we had the opportunity to stay at this location. They were Ready For It!

If you’re looking for a quiet comfortable stay…

The floor had leftover candy on it. It was challenging to sleep with all of the traffic outdoors. The AC unit was quite loud. There was no clean water in the unit. There was signage all over the unit with save-the-Earth messaging that I did not ask for when I paid for the room.
