The staff is not friendly and don’t show a good actitud for help, in other hotels when they don’t have available room with the bed that I choose they just upgrade my room, this hotel just said because I chose the cheapest room they can’t do anything for me… pretty bad customer attention!

I really enjoyed the breakfast. I thought it was good quality, and the self serve and eating area was spotless with personal there to monitor everything. The room was very clean. A/C worked well. Everything was as it should have been.
