Simply amazing. Really great customer service from the beginning of check in. It’s in walking distance to everything. I had the best nights sleep ever. The hostess for the Restaurant Yelena was above A plus. She needs to be given an award for her customer service skills and attention to detail. When I come back to visit I am definitely going to be looking for her. Hands down, she took such great care of my sister and I. People need to remember that you never know what a person is going through in their life and just a simple kind jester can mean the world. Her smile warmed my heart. I had been on the road from Colorado to Vancouver helping a friend move and also having to attend a funeral of another friend who lived in Vancouver. Earlier before this trip I had lost my job due to being a federal worker and lost my home. But I am using this time to help friends and family who are struggling as well. Yelena’s friendly smile and the way she took care of my meals was all I needed to feel human and seen. Thank you. People like her gives me hope and purpose.

Amazing lodge! The chef at the restaurant should be praised since everything was so delicious. The pool, hot tub and sauna were excellent. The shower was incredibly spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, too. Loved my stay!

We were checked into a dirty room, not the end of the world, front desk manager didn’t seem to care at all, no apologies offered or discount applied, almost laughed about it, yikes, rooms pretty tired and very outdated, but clean. Hudson’s bar and grill, mediocre at best, medium burger and steak well well done, leather almost, bar tender is amazing and so are the drinks she served up to make me forget about my boot strap beef jerky of a steak.
