This was our second time at this hotel. The staff were so welcoming upon arrival and the front desk manager greeted us with a warm, “welcome home,” message. We took the sky train there and it was an easy 10 min walk from the City Centre station. We love how close the hotel is to Chinatown for an evening lounge drink, Gas Town for coffee and pastry options for the morning, and the food options on Robson Street. The hotel beds are so comfortable and rooms are clean and spacious with great views. We also loved the room nespresso machines and that room water jugs are provided to fill at the filtered water taps on each floor. It was also lovely having restaurant on the main floor accessible for breakfast. We look forward to staying here again.

When you first walk in, you’re immediately greeted with a pleasant smell throughout the lobby. Paulo was really friendly and helpful with my check in, and made the process as smooth as possible. The room was spacious and clean, and came equipped with a Nespresso machine. The only downside to the room was the walls were rather thin, because I could hear someone’s alarm going off early in the morning. In the restaurant, their servers were so nice and friendly, especially Dell! I would absolutely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back

We noticed a few things amiss on this stay that had not been issues on previous stays. Bath tub plug leaked. Shower body wash pump didn’t work. Light in sitting room kept flickering and going out due to loose socket. We still like this hotel and its location and will return. It just needs a little more attention to details.

Position is very nice, near gas town and Robson street. The room is big and clean, good for two people. A good option for traveling in Vancouver downtown. Hope to come next time.
