My room didn’t include a microwave as stated. So I used the microwave in the community kitchen in the penthouse but the trash was completely full each time I went there. Also, the phone in my room was as good as decoration because it didn’t have a cord to plug in so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone when I needed something.

The room was boiling hot yet it was not possible to open a window. A loud fan was working constantly in the bathroom. The blinds did not cover all the windows so the room was very bright. Overall I slept poorly and this affected the rest of my trip onward.
