We were grateful to have a room at 9am rather than have to wait until check in. We had just arrived on a cruise ship. It was easy to walk to the hop on/off bus stop and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. We were surprised by the number of homeless people in the area but we were not bothered by them and of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel but I would hesitate to walk around on my own at night in this area

I like it mostly okay, it is paying parking permit and going to our room using lift a little difficulty for my mom,she is using her wheelchair for taking a little trouble to reach lift.

The gentleman who checked me in (I believe his name was Carlos) was super efficient, friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the entire process, despite the hotel being as busy as it was. My room was on the second floor and although it was clean, the windows were absolutely filthy (from the outside). So much so you couldn’t even see outside. Getting in and out of the area is an absolute nightmare due to the constant, ongoing construction which I cannot blame the hotel for. For the price I paid, probably your best bet in downtown Vancouver.
