The staff were friendly. The room was clean, but there’s signs of aging. The flush handle was broken and it wouldn’t stop flushing. Had to lift the cover up to stop it. The amenities were also sufficient for a quick trip. It has a gym, sauna, but the penthouse hot tub was closed. The location is ideal in terms of walking, transport, but there’s a lot of homeless outside along Granville. Overall, not bad for what you get for the price.

The staff are fantastic. It's exceptionally clean. There are limited restaurants in the area unless you enjoy fast food. The whole downtown area is not conducive to ' going for a walk. ' The hotel is impeccably maintained. However, with all construction going on downtown it's very difficult to get around. Two bridges are being worked on so it's difficult to meetings unless the are in the downtown core.
