I was not aware that Fairmont hotel is pet friendly. I am allergic and scared of dog . There should be a separate elevator designated for dog owner with pets.

Absolutely zero sound barrier in doors. Can hear all conversations throughout the hall and rooms of all hours of the night. Hot tub was disgusting and dirty. Had not been cleaned. Was unable to use valet services due to oversized vehicle. So had to walk far to park and drive my car. Would have been nice for valet to offer to park my vehicle. Was suppose to wake up rested for a basketball tournament all day and feel extremely exhausted from listening to other guests in their rooms and hall. Food crumbs were also under my bed. Not vacuumed thoroughly
