Just a lovely historic hotel in the downtown district that makes it easy to walk to close-by shops, or hop on a bus or tram to take you where ever you would like. Very convenient.

What you might expect from a 5 star de luxe hotel in a large metro area. Very limited on site dining. Just a Bar with a super small menu for food. Extremely poor coordination between Expedia and the hotel staff as far as changes to the reservation. The hotel punishes the traveler for booking through Expedia by being completely inflexible to any change request. So much so that I will no longer book hotels through Expedia. I will book direct.

My husband foegot our luggage tags at home. We email the link to the staff member on the 9th floor she went to print them bit it came out blank. We wnt to the customer service desk on the first floor same thing happened. She however did not give up. She was very determine to help us after what seemed like forever she was able to print the tags for us. I am sorry i did not get her name bur she definitely went above and beyond to help us. It was much appreciated

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and was disappointed in my last stay. We were given the wrong room initially. Then moved to our requested room, and the bathroom was so small and unusable (not what was pictured). Then our shower didn’t work. Our toilet barely flushed and I had to call two days in a row to get our room cleaned as we retuned at 5:30pm to get ready for dinner and had no clean towels or a clean room. When I called to tell the staff at the hotel about our issues, my only response was we will send someone to fix the shower- it was highly disappointing.
