Rooms are nothing like as advertised, the physical layout of the units make it impossible to match the photos posted on the website. Rooms are dark and dated, with some upgrades to kitchen a bathrooms. I had to ask to change rooms after the first night as the stains on bedroom walls and previous water leak above my bed were unappealing. The second room was much cleaner. Neither were close to what I booked.

The building seemed a bit older but it was still well maintained, in my opinion. Staff were great with any questions. Skytrain noises may dissuade some people, but I found it negligible. Room itself was very spacious. Not sure how noise proof it is when using the jacuzzi, but the extra doors to the different rooms helped.

I really liked the check-in process, The staff members were really Nice, I had a late arrival after the original check in time they gave me a call just to make sure everything was safe and I was going to still be checking in in the same hotel. They also Offered me a late check out time because I had arrived Late to check in, which was awfully nice of them.

In short - I would stay there again. The room was nice, quiet, and clean. The staff were excellent. They should get rid of their high dollar restaurant and put in something more reasonable for this type of hotel. They do provide parking, but you find out at check-in that it's paid parking, and it is not cheap. Several of the outlets in our room, both on the walls and on the tables, did not work. The main elevator in the lobby was out of order for the duration of my stay.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are nice and modern. Should have noticed that it was pay parking. To me that’s bad form. Chances are you have driven to their establishment so they have you unless you go off site to street parking. Eventually you’ll have to pay extra for access to a bed in your room. If a bed is included why not a parking space. Will be watching closer next time I book. There are other places in the area that don’t charge.
