It is an old hotel. It was conveniently located for our purpose, the air conditioning was very loud, the parking had perfect access to the hotel and was only 10 dollars/night. Close to the highway, I'm not sure how safe it was. There's a restaurant adjacent to the hotel, and around the corner an inexpensive and good place to eat. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. If you are planning to stay in Vancouver, it is far away.
