Must Stay, Keep up the excellent service.
It's amazing. I loved the staff they were all awesome. The service and efficiency were superb. All of them were awesome. I will stay there again. The room was clean and they gave he a complimentary dessert which was so nice and delightful. I do recommend staying here. The building is also close to the down town area. Walkable and easy to access.

very clean. staff was polite and attentive. complimentary valet car service to and from the (charged) parking. the room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. the only thing that was an issue was my room was not stocked with washcloths, though hand and bath towels were there. a staff member delivered them to my door within 15 minutes of my call to housekeeping. the location is very close to the freeway (which sounds bad, but Vancouver BC traffic is so dense that it is actually a good thing), and very close to the waterfront. I found lovely views, shopping (fancy and practical) within 5 minutes walk. I would go there again.

The employees that work here is what makes this place awesome. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was pretty dood too. Not the buffet type where the cold is usually cold and sub par. You get to select from a menu. Room was dated which isnt a hug issue as we were only there to sleep.

Very nice hotel, everthing was great 5 star. I was a little concerned about the staff member standing out at the Valet stand who BARKED very quickly and rudely at me "I'm not Valet, you have to go inside". I would have expected a bit more professionalism from a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel is very dated. The room was very small, strangely shapped and very cold. Thank god a seperate heater was provided. I did not like the bed and the pillows. The breakfast was acceptable but much better options can be found nearby for the same price.
