This hotel is one of the best hotels I've been to not just because the rooms are great but because of the rooftop lounge and the people who stay there. It was an awesome day I loved it.

NIce view of the city. Room was clean. Wish I would have known about the wedding before I booked as I wanted to go to the restaurant on site. Was unable to due to the wedding. No coffee in the morning offered downstairs.

I have stayed here a couple of times and this was the best because my friend was celebrating her birthday so staff went overboard to make it memorable. Kiti provided a bottle of wine and treats prior to her arrival. There is a Tesla shuttle that will drive you to areas nearby. The location is ideal if walking or taking the aquabus to Granville Island is on the agenda. However, our 8th floor room was noisy because we were under the Parker rooftop restaurant as well as faced Pacific so bring your earplugs. I wouldn't let that deter you from staying. Easy to get to from Yaletown station as well.

I was blown away with the staff. I had two separate amazing situations with the staff who went way above and beyond. I encourage you to stay here, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The property is showing some wear and tear but everyone was very nice and accommodating. The rooms seem to have been redone and the bed was very comfortable, which is important. I only went to the rooftop bar/restaurant for drinks and dessert but really enjoyed the view and chocolate cigars. There was a drug store, UPS store, grocery store, and coffee shop all within a short walk. The hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle to the cruise port. I would recommend the hotel.
