Front desk staff (girl) on Dec 14 around 8:30pm, no smiling, even she helped me look for something and couldn’t help at the end, she showed to me she’s not welcoming and show sympathy of my disappointment. She made me think she wanted me to leave her alone (no smile at all).

Only negative- TV was not functioning and although front desk promised to send a maintenance person- he never showed. Good thing I had a book. Staff at the restaurant were amazing and the dinner I chose was delicious.

Unplanned overnight in Richmond due to flight delays. Nice place to stay just unfortunate timing with Swifties invading the city so hotels rooms were a minimum of $600. They did not honour government rate for a work trip.

The room and facilities did not meet my expectations as per the photos online, and for the price that was paid. The room was dark and run down, and had silverfish in the kitchen cabinets. It smelled of old cigarette smoke and there was a red stain on one of the bedspreads. This room was way overpriced at over $700 per night. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the location is ok as it is a short walk to the SkyTrain. The staff were friendly, but for this price and location in Richmond, I expected much more from the room itself.

The rooms were clean (carpeting in the rooms at executive tower - not a fan of carpeting). Was placed in the old section of the hotel where there was no carpeting - which helped with my allergies, but the old heater was dated and noisey. My shower tub had a cavity where water settled and made ir difdicult to stand (a senoir would have a hard time and maybe fall). I would return only if offered executive tower room or if there are no other options in the area. Cost was very fair. Great lobby restaurant - Free Bird.

We stayed here for the Eras Tour. It's about 1km to the Brighouse skytrain and Richmond Centre mall. We flew in the day of the concert and appreciated how the staff were able to check us into our room early!

It was just a quick overnight stay...maybe have a backup front desk after 11pm - waited a long time to check in - crazy lady ahead of me and another lady but no back up for poor front desk employee, They have security both physical and electronic for your safety. Great food in the morning and great service at restaurant

It seems what version of this hotel you get is very dependent on what building you’re in. Highly positive reviews were likely in the main building. If you are asked to go out the door to your room after check in; you will be in the older, run down, motel vibes rooms, where the pictures do not match the actual space. This place is fine if you’re looking for a relatively cheap spot close to the airport to put your head down for a few hours.
