Several hours prior to arrival, I called to inform the hotel we would be arriving after midnight. It took FIVE calls for someone to answer the phone. The person I spoke to was very nice. Upon arriving to the property, the broken blinds in the office were a tell-tale sign. The floor in the breakfast area was dirty. It had not been swept or mopped. The safety lock on our room door was missing. There were bolts in the wall where pictures once hang but were missing. One of the beds in the bedroom sagged on the left side. The lampshade on the nightstand was broken. The faucets had very visible grime on them. The toilet was not bolted to the floor. THE TOILET WAS NOT BOLTED TO THE FLOOR! The toilet seat was missing a screw on the left side and the seat did not evenly sit on the toilet. It had to be held in place for use. The shower diverter valve was broken! Only a trickle of water came out of the shower nozzle. The rest came out of the bathtub faucet! The "breakfast" area was not clean, and the toaster barely worked. A large, handwritten posted stated the pool was under repair. I took pictures of most everything I have just described. This is the worst property I have ever stayed in. It is a near disaster and an embarrassment to the Days Inn chain of properties. I'd ask for my money to be returned, but I'm sure it will be refused. I'm done with Days Inn properties!!!
