Front staff lady was rude and non welcoming. She gave us the worst room right next to the lobby area. So every guest that walked in or every phone calls they receive we heard. Absolutely ridiculous

Only negative about the property is that it is located on a very busy/noisy thoroughfare that one can hear in the suites on that side of the facility.

This property was convenient in its location. However, when we checked into our room, the hallway had a very strong odour of Febreeze or some sort of air freshener. The second night, we placed a towel at the bottom of the door to try and block the smell from coming into our room. The room was basic but clean. Breakfast was basic but nice to have.

One of the more reasonable price place in Langley. We've stayed here before but this time the carpet in the room we stayed at was quite dirty. There was also a tapping sound we couldnt figure out where it was coming from. Breakfast was basic, they had omelets, sausages and muffins!
