All around the hotel was very nice. Our bathroom was a bit dirty, as was the floor, but the rest was great. Clean outside and nice breakfast.

The bathroom situation was terrible. Barely enough room to get in and close the door. The room entryway is very narrow, hard to have a baggage cart and navigate putting bags away. Fan in bathroom did not work very well and hot water was warm never hot. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. There was something sticky on the floor by the bed 😬 Breakfast was nice, had a variety of breakfast items to choose from. The pool area was decent; however, towels were nonexistent at times. Light in the room was very dim, even with all the lights on.

We had a great stay at this location! When we arrived Bryant was on duty, and he has the greatest customer service skills. He made us feel right at home and he was happy to help. We forgot our charging cord for our phones at home and he had a temp to lend us — would have been a disaster other wise; Also we could not turn on our fireplace in our suite - and within no time he had the maintenance team onsite ( at night🤗). Really an unexpectedly GREAT stay.

This is an excellent hotel, particularly given the affordable rates! The hot buffet breakfast was very good. All of the front desk, cleaning, and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very much appreciated the oversized "mini" fridge in the room as well as the filtered water dispenser in the lobby. Easy access to local trails to get exercise and enjoy the views along the river. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Ugly acts. Be aware for families and children.
The good, the bad, and the ugly. Stayed one night at this hotel for a business trip. The good. Check-in was smooth, front desk woman was very kind and knew her job. The room was clean for a two star hotel. Amenities were simple, bed and sheets were clean, towels were very rough and starchy. I guess if you’re looking for a little extra exfoliation, that’s good. The bad. The pool was not fit for swimming. That was quite a letdown. High concentrated smell of chlorine meaning that the pool is attacking a lot of bacteria, leaving a lot of odor. Water was cloudy and did not look clean. The ugly. Left the hotel after breakfast at about 8:15 AM. Driving out of the parking lot, my eyes were attacked by a shocking display of a woman providing a sex act to a man in full display hanging out of a vehicle. Shockingly this was happening just across from the front door. Before anyone says you can’t do anything about things being done in public… This is not public. Parking lots are private property. Beware that this could be an indication for crime or trafficking Being that this was so out in the open and the management was doing nothing about it. I would not recommend this location for families with kids or women traveling alone.

Very pleasant two-night stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean, although the bathroom had a strange set up, and the lighting in the shower/toilet area was very dim. The vanity to get ready was also quite small. The breakfast was comparable to other places we stay, nothing fancy but a good, hot breakfast. This hotel was very busy during the time we stayed, but it was very quiet. Parking stalls were a little tight, and some people took more than one spot so they wouldn't have anyone that close to them. What we LOVED about staying here was that it was right next to the river, and we had a beautiful view of Mt. Hood. We walked down a couple of time so relax and enjoy the scenery. We hope to come back next year and stay here again.

The hot tub was great and the jets were powerful which may have contributed to foamy water. I've never experienced that in a hot tub although the chlorine seemed to be at normal levels and when the jets were off the sudd disappeared. The steam room was relaxing & the swimming pool temperature was perfect. Additionally the hotel was reasonably priced. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
