Stay was average. What totally soured the experience was I checked out 1 day early and was still charged for the last night even though my wife and I did not stay there and was not offered a refund as a Best Western Gold Plus Member. When I checked out there was no one at the front desk and placed my room keys in the drop box as the front desk sign requested. This was 08:50 in the morning. I am registered with Best Western Plus for emailed receipts and still have not received my receipt. Hotel called me, left voicemail, and I called them back... asking me if I had checked out 1 day early. I confirmed yes I had checked out. Front desk clerk checked with her manager and said they would not refund me the $240 for the night I did not stay there. Very disappointing. Best Western have never treated me this way before. Will spend my money with other hotels in the future and not the Best Western after being my preferred hotel chain for many years. Will take my business elsewhere. Thanks Best Western for pushing me to your competitors!
