No space available to park during checkin, even though there are reserved spots. When I told the women at the front desk that there seemed to be a fleet of delivery vans permanently parked in the dedicated check in parking she looked at me like I was speaking a different language, completely unconcerned. Had to park in the filthy alley way with rats running every where. Also, a piece of the wall came off while I was showering and crashed to the floor. Advertised as dog friendly, but no garbage to dispose of poop. Would not recommend.

Pleasantly impressed, was expecting way less, room was clean requested a crib, was nicely set up. Breakfast buffet included was a nice surprise, underground parking also included. Would definitely stay again if heading to Pacific Coliseum or PNE!!

Comfortable place to stay.
The Atrium was a clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was easy to access and quite delicious. I loved the eggs and croissants. It is also dog friendly which is a nice discovery that I might take advantage of next time. It was a very decent price and I would definitely stay there again.

Just fine place.
Fine hotel. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds and nice little balcony. Sauna wasn’t on so we couldn’t use it because it took too long to heat up. Half the machines in the fitness center didn’t work.
