Wonderful stay
We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Parking is underground and convenient. Front desk is quick and friendly. Breakfast is standard but a great perk. Bedding is so comfortable, cloud like! Only complaint would be the traffic and street noise outside but that's not their control but if you're a light sleeper ask to be on other side or prepare yourself.

A very basic hotel
A very basic hotel. On the day we arrived, there was a lady at the reception who was very dry and unmotivated in her behavior. We even had to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves, and they didn’t offer us any help or tools. She kept mentioning penalties, like saying if the room key gets damaged, you’ll be charged a certain amount, or if the sheets are damaged, there will be a charge. She didn’t say anything welcoming, which gave us a very bad feeling on the first day. Also, they took a $250 deposit from me, and when I asked for a receipt, she simply said, "We don’t give receipts," instead of explaining. However, the breakfast staff were very friendly, as were the housekeeping staff who serviced the room.I had booked a room with a balcony, but the view was towards a side with houses, so the balcony didn’t make any sense. The balcony door didn’t even open, and when I asked the housekeeping staff to help open it, they couldn’t. The balcony was extremely narrow and cramped, so it was practically a room without a balcony.

I enjoyed the property because the beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was ample and good quality, the front desk staff very friendly and helpful amd there werr some very good dining options nearby. My only minor issue is the cleaning staff who talk loudly in the hallway early in the morning while guests are still sleeping but other than that, i was very happy with our two night stay.

I had high expectations of the hotel but was displeased. First their staffs were unfriendly, locked our keys out before checkout time, room was.noisy and bathroom unclean. The only good thing was the breakfast which was ok. Overall dissatisfied.
