Very helpful staff. Went out of their way to move us to another room on first floor when it was realized the elevator was broken and two of us in 80’s and one aged 95 would really struggle to carry their luggage up the stairs to 3rd floor. Then helped us bring our usage to the room on 1st floor and back to the car the next morning!

No elevator because it was down. We did not get the room requested because the elevator was out of order. The bathroom sink not in working order and shower faucet not connected wall. I am concerned about mold. In addition they gave me signed document with address of another customer. The manager double side prints. The girl up front was not concerned writhing identity theft even though I had address car info and room number of another customer.

The elevators were out of order. We had to haul our belongings up to the second floor. I’m 72 years old with a heart condition, this was not pleasant. I didn’t understand why I didn’t see anyone there working on the elevators.

A nice looking hotel from the exterior. Upon arrival we discovered that the elevator was broken and we would have to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. Once there we discovered the shower didn't work because the tub diverter was broken.

A paradise in the middle of nowhere. The hotel was comfortable with a quiet AC, decent bed and good breakfast. it has plenty of charging ports. The highway noise was not noticeable.
