I had a few issues with the power going out in my room a few times. It was fixed promptly with friendly maintenance staff. I also had to have my key reset everyday. Which was very annoying. On the third day a staff member told me that they would send someone up to have a look at the door, I waited for over an hour.. I was desperate for a shower after a long day of walking, so I don’t know if they came at that point. I didn’t hear from anyone so? The room was spacious, clean and so quiet. It is a little far out from major sights to see but I knew that in booking and enjoyed the walk through surrounding neighbourhoods. Staff were nice enough but seemed a little flustered? I wouldn’t use the safe that is attached either.. I ordered nachos which said on the menu came with cheese and pico. But it was just chips, guacamole dip and bell pepper pieces.. not it. Anyway, overall it wasn’t terrible just some hiccups that made it a little less smooth sailing.

Great location.

Very good place to stay. Close to train station (20 min walk), very safe neighborhood. They don't have Bolt in Valencia but they have Uber. Their metro/subway system is very clean and reliable. Breakfast - top notch (you can even have a glass of champagne in the morning with your breakfast - how cool is that?)

Very large, clean rooms with all tthe amenities you need. A ten minute walk to the city centre meaning the area around the hotel was relatively quiet. My only complaint is that we had a room which looked into a central atrium and we could hear the noise of the heat pumps on the roof constantly.
