Great place to stay. I could not find great places to eat near by though, except the sushi place across the street. However, beware. The sushi place charges a flat fee and then charges for sushi and sashimi.

The property was nice. Only one building elevators that were in lobby went to the parking. The other building elevators were thru the cafeteria and didn’t go to the parking. There not much around the hotel.

There are issues with the air conditioning hallways don’t have air conditioning room feels warm even though the a/c say 21 the staff said that there are some city ordinances but anyways not a pleasant stay

Stayed in a clean and nice large room. Buffet breakfast was good. Recommend ordering from menu on the table. It is included with your breakfast. Our room had the view of the very busy intersection/roundabout so there were some noises at night. Don't bother with gym/fitness room. Our room seemed bigger than the gym. 😃

Ray helped me checked in. He was super helpful when my key card didn't work. It was because my phone case has a magnet on it and deactivated the key. He figured out the problem and issued a new key right away.

Our room was extremely noisy due to ongoing work next to our room which impacted our stay. The hotel was not full and we should not have been allocated Room 527 so close to the hammer g, banging and drilling g which went on until 6 pm and started again at 7.30 am. Complaint put into hotel and Expedia but my chat got disconnected and I cannot resume it! Very annoyed!

Good hotel.
Large hotel with spacious rooms and bathroom, very clean and quiet. There’s a cafe in the lobby and breakfast is available at a cost. Shops and restaurants close but a little distance to the sites. We like to walk so we didn’t mind.

The hotel is a bit outdated (carpets in the hall could be replaced) but the rooms were spotless clean, and the service was excellent. The maid came in every night with turndown service (left chocolates by the bed). The hotel provides slippers. There was no iron in the room (but you can get one from the front desk for a returnable deposit of 10 €). There was no hair dryer either. There is an Italian restaurant right in the hotel with a very good authentic Italian pasta dishes, we’ve tried a few and were pleased. There is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel, but also on the side. Also, great location, close to many great restaurants, walkable distance to the many historic spots such as Valencia Cathedral, Plaza de Toros, Mercado Central. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean and good. Basic amenities like tooth brush, paste etc were not provided in the room. The area surrounding the hotel is not lively and had to go further for good restaurants.
