Mixed feelings!
We are family of three and stayed in the hotel for 3 nights as part of our Spain trip. Location: Decent location, Turia park is close but otherwise just a couple of restaurants and nothing else. Most of the neighborhood was closed and deserted. Room: It was a bit old, for some reason the room felt hot, and calustrophobic even when kept thermostat at 15 Deg C. Hotel overall: it's a bit old building, staff is a bit odd and rude, any requests made was a 'No' e.g. Hotel has a policy of not warming any food, with a small kid it's bit challenging, asked for an iron box and next day it was gone. Breakfast was decent. Overall stay was not comfortable, we stayed in NH collection Euro building in Madrid right before this and that was an exceptional stay so made me wonder how the same brand could have such a different experience.

The gym left a bit to be desired, but was ok. The pool was nice, and the terrrace bar/restaurant was great. Pretty good breakfast as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It had triple room which are scarce in Europe. It was clean and staff was very helpful. It is located right next to the bus station but you do not hear any noise

Convenient Stay Easy Walking- Dogs Accepted !!!
2 night stay on our way South. Weather was disappointing. Hotel right next to a park which was perfect for our dog. Dogs accepted in the hotel but not dog friendly, Dogs only allowed in room and not left in room on there own. Parking next door at extra charge Hotel about 20/30 min walk into València. Shopping center 10 mins walk with all the popular restaurants if you just want a’fast food’ type meal which is handy when you have a dog. Mc D, Taco Bell etc

The SMELL
The plumbing in this hotel is horrid. The whole hotel smelled like rotten eggs and the rooms were extremely rank. Beds were hard and super loud and noisy. AC did not work. Pros- great breakfast, walkable location and free parking available.

Arrived 2:30pm, check-in 3pm. Supposedly no rooms with king or queen bed available. After almost 24 hours of travel had to take a room with 2 single beds. Front desk staff not very friendly or accommodating. Overall, the front desk staff didn't speak very much English so it was challenging to communicate. Google translate helped but I think because we weren't local people, they didn't care. I've stayed at other NH hotels but this was the most disappointingt
