Nice, clean room. Comfy bed, with big fluffy pillows. Very nice staff. The free breakfast wasn't amazing, but hey, free isn't always amazing. Saved me time and money at another restaurant. The coffee machine was great.

Was clean and presentable, staff made check in simple, no problems overall. Only minor inconvenience was that the tv channels were very spotty in reception and couldnt watch hardly any channels.

"Gee" the front desk agent is amazing. We werrle worried to leave out ebikes outside and he offered to have it stored in a safe roo. This is above and beyond. Romm is cozy and bes is comfortable. The only issue I had was the shower curtain. Looks like it wasy changed and i can smell mildew from previous guest. I will stay here again. We are evacuuees from Jasper Wildfire.

We were booked to stay here the day after Jasper was evacuated and the road through the park was closed. Even though we called to cancel after the refund deadline and expected to need to pay, they were very pleasant and did not charge us for the room. We hope they were able to use the room for one of the many evacuees.

The room itself was quite nice, everything was good except for the noisy toilet exhaust fan and the air conditioning unit! It's very noisy and if you're not a good sleeper it's not recommended to turn on the air conditioner. My friend and I chose to sleep with the windows open, but still could hear the noise from next door. We slept pretty well though. The other problem is that one of the side doors of the building does not close automatically, which would be a safety hazard. (Of course the person using it could force it closed)
