Almost perfect stay! 5/5 stars!
Excellent staff and room! Little candies offered, and tasty water on a heat wave hitting Netherlands. The only issue to speak of was that during this heat wave the AirCon could only reach a maximum low temp. of 18 degrees. -This issue isn't something that's going to impact others, given the heatwave, but it made things in the room sweatier than we expected. 🙏 Great experience!

I like the NH hotel brand, and this property did not disappoint. Modern hotel very close to the train station and an easy walk into the old city area of Utrecht. Large room, nice amenities and layout.

Check in very slow, rooms not ready. Rooms not fully cleaned. In public toilet area tissue with faeces was left at side of wc and remained for 18 hours. Convenient location and very good breakfast.

Such a great location near to the central train station and main shopping centre. I think the price is really competitive considering the level of convenience. Hotel includes everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel, certainly doesn’t disappoint.

It is very close to the train station, walking to town, services is kind of OK, a average hotel to stay, stay for its convenience to take a day trip to Amsterdam by train.

Great location, great price, great experience. I’ve stayed before and I’d stay again. Some nice little touches that go along way. You can request extra amenities for free like slippers. And each day there are free sweets, fruits and flavoured water in reception.

This property provided welcome drinks and fruit which was daily, freshly made orange or mint with lime drink and for hot drink chocolate / mint tea . Fruit tangerine which was great. Staff was very helpful when enquiring for information concerning the city.
