The room was clean, but the heating was hard. The floors were cold and we had to set the heat on 80 to warm the room. Heater fan was noisy and ran most of the night.

Immediately off I-90 freeway. McDonalds and other food nearby, but need to drive. Breakfast simple and open early, would use again for stop about 4 hours from Boston.

Everything with the room was fine. Lots of pillows, comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. Hard to shower without getting the floor soaked but staff brought us clean towels and floors mat each day. Only semi-neg thing was the breakfast could have been better. Nothing hot, but instant oatmeal and toasted bread products. But we made due.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, comfortable room. Just stayed the one night, but it was perfect for my visit. Staff kindly directed us to the bus stop for Utica, which I wasn't quite sure on the location for and it really helped my trip go smoothly.

It's located next to a very good restaurant and service is good there. Whole area around the Inn is quite and safe. Only one problem I found was the shower in the bathroom comes on completely from the shower head and no way to let it just come on and let the water warm before switching it to the shower head.
