So many problems!
We got our first room and when we went to the room it had not been cleaned- the beds were clearly slept in. We went back to the front desk, got a second room (114). The key card didn’t open that room.li happened to try 104 and it opened. Back to the front desk to let them know. We were told that’s not possible there is someone in 104, which it did not look like there was as the room was clean and there were no bags. We let the front desk know what happened that the card was coded for the wrong room and the person at the front desk was getting upset at us that we are not supposed to go into other rooms and that we were to only go to 114. We did not code the key card incorrectly! Although the rooms were clean, there was mold along the bottom of the shower curtain and in the bathroom, the tub didn’t drain, and the air conditioner was not cold.

Unfortunately our bedding was disgusting, it took 1.5 hours to get a new bed cover for mattress bc ours was covered in pee stains !! Mattress has big stains on it as well. Sheets were clean but put on the dirty bed cover didn’t make sense. Place needs updating and to be cleaned up . Bathroom was clean. Had to sweep our floor and mop it bc there was stuff left on it. Place was booked up too.

Lobby was filthy. Staff could barely pull himself off the phone long enough to check me in. Room was recently remodeled, but smelled badly from cleaning products. Next time I'll spend more money to stay at a better place.

Get ready for NO SLEEP!
Check in person was pleasant, but our first assigned room’s door was broken. He quickly got us to a room that was not broken. However-even though we were in a non-smoking room, many people were in the hallways and courtyard smoking, so we had to walk through clouds of smoke to get to our room. the bed made TERRIBLE noises with every weight shift (warping sheet-metal noise) the mattress was awful (my back is now jacked up) and the tub’s faucet dripped all night. At least the linens were clean though, as well as all the surfaces in the room. And the front desk gentleman was kind.

Outside the door we had to go in was full of cigarette butts & it was really dirt outside around the hotel. Denny was dirty also everything has to be updated. I paid to much for this hotel through Expedia. Will not go through Expedia again to get a hotel. I should be refunded by Expedia.
