Everything was very rundown, in the bathroom the towel rack was hanging off toilet paper holder was barely attached to the wall. Overall, I think the room could’ve been a lot cleaner. The water in the shower had a funny odor. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. I Would rather slept on the floor. I also had an issue with my booking and they were not helpful whatsoever.

This is a true 2 star hotel. It is a place to sleep at night and nothing more. I am big on cleanliness and it wasn’t the grossest place I’ve ever stayed but I definitely wouldn’t say it was clean. It looked relatively clean to the naked eye but you could tell there isn’t a deep clean happening in between guests. The towel rack and toilet paper holder in our bathroom was broken. The water pressure was next to nothing. There was a stain on the bedsheets that wasn’t from us. At one point when we walked back to our room, the entire hallway was filled with dirty towels. Housekeeping was coming through and I guess just leaving them in the hallway?? Not sure but it was quite gross. The room also just kinda smelt funny. I travel quite a bit and am very familiar with roughing it a bit in a cheap hotel but this was pretty bad. The only positives I could find is that the beds were decent enough to not wake up with a hurt back and the staff was friendly.

We don’t really expect a lot from a Quality Inn, but it was the best price in the area and we are not terribly fussy. However, we were so pleasantly surprised there in new Hartford. Because Quality had apparently just dumped a whole lot of $$ In remodeling and renovations, so our room was essentially brand new! We were very pleased!
