Vomit by front door for two days/breakfast was not great. Huge potholes in the parking lot and the fridge hardly worked

Room was a bit dirty and you can tell it had not been deep cleaned and quite a while. Walls are very thin and you can hear everybody above you and in the other rooms. I did find the beds to be very comfortable and the rooms to be very spacious

This hotel did not meet reasonable standards for cleanliness. The front entryway doors look as if they haven’t been cleaned in months, and the entry way carpet was heavily stained. The elevator carpet was very dirty as well. The room was better, but still wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Some corners had dust and hair for example. Late night guests were loud and woke us up as well. Overall, not a stay that was consistent with the Hampton Inn brand image.

We felt there was a lot of activity in the parking lot in the evening (9pm-10pm) when we went out and came back there were quite a few people in running cars and out walking and smoking. But we had a really nice stay and the room was beautiful and very clean!

The air conditioning in the lobby/breakfast area/elevator was out. The pool, which was supposed to be finished with repairs by the time we arrived, was still closed when we checked in and so we had no access. A smoke alarm went off for about an hour at night, and the folks staying in the room next-door to us played their television and then their music at an unreasonable volume all night long and no management intervened.

Staff member Bambi is a nasty, rude, and more of a liability than an asset. We checked in to her rudeness and nasty tone when we simply asked if she had a preferred place to eat that she could recommend..i then ask about what time the pool closes and she says its closed for repair and that it is all over Expedia and their website, however i took a picture, repairs were supposed to be done on July 16, they crossed thru the paper with a red marker and wrote July 23rd..she then gives us a room key to 331, my wife and i walk in and i say wow they didn't clean this room too well, my wife says this is someone else's room their luggage was still in the room....back to Bambi we go and i explain i think there was a mistake because someone's stuff is in there she rudely responds no, that room was assigned and cleaned this morning....after further review she gives us a key to room 133, i say oh it was just a typo and she says no it wasn't a typo and she is giving us this room instead (Clearly she couldn't admit having made a mistake)....we go to room 133 conveniently located next to the mechanical room (Sarcasm)and to say it was disgusting is an understatement, however i was not going to deal with Bambi again so we cleaned the bathroom ourselves with the toilet paper and hand towels in the room, Horrible everything across the board for this hotel!

The pool was closed we where not told this made a long weekend for a 4 year old that was looking forward to the hotel pool. We had paid extra to have a hotel with a pool. Some staff where rude. However at check out we again voised our disappointment and we received 10000. Roughly $50 toward our next booking.
