Need to improve
The hotel itself was comfortable. Although my room wasn't clean properly, hair on the floor, everywhere in the shower and in the bedroom. The food was okay, nothing special. Live music on Saturdays, which was quite entertaining. The breakfast was excellent. My overall experience was okay, not great. But I can visit the place for accommodation once again.

Kapısı-girişi-resepsiyonu olmayan hotel:(
Mutfak ve çalışanlar mükemmeldi, hiç bir sorunla karşılaşmadık.Ancak otel dediğiniz yere ait bir giriş yok, depo veya çöplerin toplandığı tarafta kapı gibi bile görünmeyen bir yerden giriş yapılmış. Resepsiyon veya lobi diye adlandırılan , konaklama ile ilgili bir sorunla karşılaştığımızda başvuracağımız hiç bir nokta yoktu. Hayvan dostu özellikle kedi dostu bir yer, ben de hayvanları severim, ancak odaya ulaşabilmek için kedi ordusunun içinden geçmek gerekiyor ve her yer kedi pisliği kokuyor, bir de son gece içerde kalmış bir tanesi sabaha kadar ağladı.Ayrıca kedilerin hepsi çöp konteynerlerinin içinden bahçeye geçiyor.Ben deniz manzaralı oda tercih etmiştim bu konuda sıkıntı yok, yalnız deniz kıyafetlerimizi asmak için bir yerimiz yoktu arabamızın içinde bırakıp kurutma yolunu seçtik(Urla deniz kıyısı bir yer sonuçta).Çünkü odada banyo havlularını dolap kapaklarına astığımız için yer kalmadı. Odada balkon olmadığı ve direk çatıyı gördüğümüzden havalandırma için camı da açık bırakamadık, çatının üstünde de kediler geziyor, havalandırma için camın önünde beklemek gerekiyor maalesef. Odamızın temizliği, yatağın rahatlığı ve özellikle yemek mükemmeldi. Ayrıca çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü ve misafirperverliği de mükemmeldi. Sanırım hotel tarafında sadece odaları yenilemek yetmemiş, hotel kısmı için bir çalışma yapmak gerekiyor.Kısacası Fermaki Hotel kapısı-girişi-resepsiyonu ya da lobisi olmayan bir hoteldi. Ama restaurant kısmına diyecek söz yok, mükemmel.
