We loved our stay at the Mantra. The view from the balcony over the harbour was beautiful and so peaceful. The room we booked (a studio) was small but priced accordingly and the balcony was where we spent our time anyway. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed walking along the beach path into Uranguan. Check in was easy. Staff very attentive. Rooms spotless. Cafes and restaurants just down stairs. We can't wait to stay again.

The price was too high for what you get. The room was very outdated. Worn out furnishings. The TV did not have smart access or a remote that worked properly with it, this limited the comfort when needing to be inside. The Air conditioning was not sufficient for the size of the apartment. If the windows had screens on them or a screen door on the slider then the aircon would not be needed as much. It was spacious and clean. The bath was great for kids. The view was lovely.

Broken toliet seat.
My husband who has Frontal Temporal Lobe Dementia and myself who needs a hip replacement and two knee replacements walked into a nicely presented room. Until i sat on the toilet seat and fell off because it wasn't tighten safe enough. I called the office to let them know and they sent the maintenance man up. Who couldn't fix it, so they offered us another room which was very small and i felt claustrophobic for our 2 night stay. I was very disappointed 😞 to say the least.
