Loved the location and the room, the room was really clean, it did have a musty smell but think it just needed airing out and this was being done when we arrived, overall great place and we will be returning again.

Great location,but, property is very outdated. the ceiling fan was broken, we had to ask for towels all the room amenities we old there was mould on the shower certain, the vanity cupboard was rotting and there was a really bad smell when you walked into the room . Staff were okay, but, some obviously didnt know there job. I will not be recommending this property to anyone and i will think twice before staying with another Mantra again.

*A beautiful location near the harbour. *Restaurants and shops within walking distànce. *Gorgeous pool area. *Ground - floor units with private access to the pool. *Wonderful friendly staff who are an absolute pleasure to deal with. *Immaculately clean rooms. *Balconies that are perfect for breakfast or enjoying a cup of tea or a glass of wine. *Secure parking facilities. *Lovely grounds and gardens. *Wheelchair accessible facilities. *Vending machines.

I paid good money for a balcony couldnt go out on it as there were people smoking in next unit when it is suppose to be no smoking and in 4 days they never serviced the room not even toilet paper worst stay ever

Staff was friendly, easy check in and room was comfortable. Room wasn’t the cleanest and the shower area is looking old and worn out , tiled area in bathroom is about an inch higher than the carpet with a square steel edge to it which really hurts when you kick your toe on it
