This place was nice but everything was closed the day we stayed there. Restaurant,pool,bar nothing was open and I felt kinda stupid for booking it. What I saw online verse what was there were two different ideas. We came for our honeymoon to stay one night and go waterfall exploring. The property was beautiful just nothing was available for use don’t stay here Monday -Wed there is nothing available for use

There were ZERO amenities for their customers. No coffee, no breakfast when the nearest restaurants were over 10 miles away. The hotel restaurant was closed. We had to ask for towels, a hairdryer ( which they claimed they had none and I had to dry my hair with the room space heater), spiders EVERYWHERE in the room. Fridge didn’t run properly, the bathtub didn’t drain properly and every time we went to the front desk, no one was around. This place is a DISASTER! We will never ever stay here again.

Clean place for the most part, very cozy and relaxing however in my room, every light flickered when turning on which is a fire hazard. Then our patio doors didnt close all the way so we had to block them shut with a chair so they wouldnt open up at night. Toilet cover hinge was broken too

We didn't stay the night. We walked into the room and there were flying ants all over the counter and floor. Spiders all over the closet. And a colony of ants in the corner. We also found crumbs and hair under the blankets. I'm hoping that they washed but I could believe that they didn't. The lighting in the room was bad. Pool was green with debris in it. The entire place is nothing like the pictures. The front desk person was nice. Forgot to take pictures. We didn't want to stay in there any longer than we had to.

No signs at the elevator or steps to direct you where your room is. Took 10 minutes to find my room once I got off the elevator. No towel/mat for the floor in bathroom. TV and wi-fi are terrible. No trash cans outside. Place strikes you like know one cares about the place.

The 1st room I was in was dark and dingy. They moved me because I was surrounded by a very large group of loud teens that left towels in the halls along with trash n shoes etc- it was like being in a teens bedroom lol...thankfully they moved me. The 2nd room was much nicer and brighter! The place itself is definitely outdated. Location is pretty. Hopefully I won't have to return lol
